Najlepszy czas na zbiory kwiatow lipy, zapach lipy kojarzy mi sie z babcia, dziecinstwem i droga na dzialke. Zaopatrzona w pojemniki poszlam wiec korzystac z okazji, moj dzien wolny przypadl na pierwszy dzien lata i po ostatnich dniach spedzanych na przyjemnosciach bardziej miejskich taka odmiana byla boska. Na szczescie jest tu duzo pol, po krotkim marszu mozna znalesc sie w odosobnieniu od drog i aut. Znalazlam idealne drzewo i zbieralam skarby przy brzeczeniu trzmieli, ktore zawsze wiedza co dobre. Lipa jest podobno swietna na przeziebienia, nie sprawdzilam, bo na szczescie od dawno zadno mi sie nie przytrafilo, pije ja po prostu w zimie, bo jest pyszna, a sam zapach poprawia humor, kiedy za oknem nie jest zbyt przyjemnie. Naladowana pozytywna energia, ruszylam tez po nasiona pokrzywy. Przeczytalam w tamtym roku, ze sa latwodostepnym zrodlem aminokwasow i dobrych olejow wiec na probe nazbiralam troche w sezonie. Pozniej zalowalam, ze tak malo, zupy z dodatkiem nasion pokrzywy sa najlepsze. Tym razem nazbieralam troche wiecej. Po drodze zauwazylam skrzyp polny - tez wyladowal w torbie:) Zapasy na zime zrobione. Hilde przygladala sie uwaznie zbiorom. Na zakonczenie cudownego dnia dzika czeresnia sprezentowala mi dojrzale slodkie owoce, a lis przyszedl sie przywitac. Jak sie pozniej okazalo inni tez mieli bliskie spotkania z lisem w tym samym czasie w innym miejscu.
The best time to harvest linden flowers, the scent of linden tree reminds me of my grandmother, childhood and road to the plot. Equipped with containers I used the opportunity and I went to find the right tree, my day off happened to be the first day of summer. After the last few days spent on more urban pleasures such a change of scenery was divine. Luckily there are a lot of fields around here and after short walk I found the perfect tree, in isolation from roads and cars. I found the perfect tree and collected treasures listening to bumblebees buzzing around - they always know the good stuff. Linden flowers are supposedly great for treating colds, I have not checked that on myself as luckily I haven't caught one for a very long time. I just drink linden brew in the winter, because it's so delicious, and the smell lifts mood immediately, when the weather is gloomy.Charged with positive energy, I also headed down for nettle seeds. Last year I read that they are great source of amino acids and good oils so I gathered some for trial. Later I regretted that I got so little, soups with the addition of nettle seeds are the best. This time I hope I got enough. On the way back I noticed horsetail, which also landed in my bag :) Stocks for the winter done. Hilde watched my collection carefully.To finish a wonderful free food day Wild Cherry presented me with sweet ripe fruit, and a fox came to say hi. As it turned out the others also had a close encounter with a fox at the same time in another place.
